Diet Day One

I find myself content and as with most people when contented, I am increasingly having to squeeze into my clothes so today is the start of trying to change that. I weighed myself today at approx 1pm and weighed in at 149.1 lb. Ideally I would like to lose 10 lbs.

I am also on a get fit mission, I have recently decided to give climbing a go and I am really enjoying it, I find myself thinking about it a lot and longing to go when I can't. I am going to aim at doing my regular exercises every morning and night and making sure I walk every day.

I am feeling really positive about being able to do these 2 things.
